A workplace restaurant can be producing excellent food, meeting its financial targets and delivering against its contractual obligations while employees walk past it to buy lunch elsewhere. There may be nothing particularly wrong with the operation, but if fewer people are choosing to use it, we ought to be interested in understanding why.

I might upset a few people here, but Cadbury Dairy Milk is not the chocolate bar it is in my memory. In fact, unless it is full of Fruit and Nut, wrapped around a Star Bar, stretched into a Curly Wurly or doing whatever glorious nonsense a Picnic does, it just does not taste that great to me anymore.
